Ventajas: Clean, roomy and was exactly what we needed.
Desventajas: I needed to make a name change to our reservation due to unexpected travel arrangements. In doing so, the agent changed the car classification from a van to a 7 person vehicle. We were not notified of this change until we arrived at Budget and was charged an upgrade fee.

Be leary
Ventajas: New car, clean...
Desventajas: Accused me of putting the wrong type of fuel in the car. Filled up tank, drove for awhile longer, and car was running fine. When I dropped off the car the associate checking me in, had trouble w the car & accused me of putting in wrong fuel. Service manager took a look at car and said I was fine, thanked me and off I went. By the time I got boarded my plane, I had a bill for $500+ for car repairs. Disputing charges now.

slow unhelpful and so many hidden costs
Desventajas: The cost when I booked ended up being so much lower than the final cost. Picking up and dropping off we're very very slow. At one point we needed some help and called the office for customer service and they were not helpful at all. The car didn't drive very smoothly, the transmission or something when gears changed was very slow, then sudden and jolty, and it was difficult to accelerate quickly when needed on the highway.

Ventajas: Limpio, espacioso y era exactamente lo que necesitábamos.
Desventajas: Necesitaba hacer un cambio de nombre a nuestra reserva debido a arreglos inesperados de viaje. Al hacerlo, el agente cambió la clasificación del automóvil de una furgoneta a un vehículo de 7 personas. No nos notificaron este cambio hasta que llegamos al Presupuesto y nos cobraron una tarifa de actualización.

Ventajas: Coche nuevo, limpio...
Desventajas: Me acusó de poner el tipo incorrecto de combustible en el coche. Lleno de tanque, manejó por un tiempo más largo, y el coche estaba funcionando bien. Cuando dejé el coche, el empleado que me registraba, tenía problemas con el coche y me acusó de poner combustible incorrecto. El gerente de servicio echó un vistazo al coche y me dijo que estaba bien, me agradeció y me marché. Cuando me subí a mi avión, tenía una factura de $500+ por reparaciones de coches. Disputando cargos ahora.

lento y poco útil, y tantos costos ocultos
Desventajas: El costo cuando hice la reserva terminó siendo mucho más bajo que el costo final. Recoger y dejar de lado somos muy, muy lento. En algún momento necesitamos ayuda y llamamos a la oficina para el servicio al cliente y no fueron nada útiles. El coche no conducía muy suavemente, la transmisión o algo cuando las marchas cambiaron era muy lenta, luego repentina y sacudida, y era difícil acelerar rápidamente cuando era necesario en la carretera.
