Worst company ever
Ventajas: Woman at counter in Fayetteville was excellent! Very helpful and nice.
Desventajas: Hertz overall is the worst company ever. This is the thirds car in three months and each one has had issues and hertz took care of none of them. One lady told me they don’t have the manpower to help fix their cars and if I wanted working windshield wipers I would have to pay for them myself

Desventajas: My vacation was ruined. I only have a debit card and was denied renting my car.

Hertz was great and available as advertised
Ventajas: I made my reservation and they accommodate me within minutes. The lady at the desk was courteous and knowledgeable. I know now that I could depend on hertz for a rental.
Desventajas: The vehicle had some interior issues but besides that no major dislikes.

Desventajas: The car had obviously been smoked in. When I first opened the door the smell was very strong.

Very unfriendly staff
Ventajas: The car was clean and cheap.
Desventajas: The agent at the counter was incredibly unfriendly and clearly hated her job. It left a bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience. Had we had any problems or issues I am not sure we would have had the help we needed.

Credit Card Really!!
Ventajas: I liked the comfort of the car.
Desventajas: I didn't like the fact that I was required to have a credit card. We choose not to have one because we recently became debt free and them forcing us to have one limits our ability to rent. We have the money and our own insurance. Why is our credit even considered. Maybe of there were issues. I was not very happy with that at all. We travel often and like to have our own vehicle. But your process is making things impossible. Very unhappy!!

Desventajas: Mis vacaciones se arruinaron. Solo tengo una tarjeta de debito y me la negaron para alquilar mi coche.

Hertz fue genial y el coche estaba disponible como lo habían anunciado.
Ventajas: Hice mi reserva y me acomodaron en cuestión de minutos. La señora de la recepción fue muy amable y estaba bien informada. Ahora ya sé que puedo depender de Hertz para un alquiler.
Desventajas: El vehículo tenía algunos problemas, pero aparte de eso no interior principales aversiones.
