Vehicle smelled and 12v ports didn't work

Ventajas: The staff at Enterprise were professional. They were hesitant but did discount our rental after bringing up the issues we had with the vehicle.

Desventajas: The minivan smelled like someone smoked marijuana in it before we rented it, so it wasn't properly screened or cleaned. The 12 volt charging ports in the vehicle also didn't work. The slow charging usb ports were the only power sources for charging phones.

Nice car but establishment money hungry

Ventajas: Loved the car, served our purpose. It was clean and very nice to drive.

Desventajas: I didn't like that when I came to pick the car up, I was an hour early so they tried to charge me for another whole day($44) but of course I caught that and said no way. But when I brought the car back two hours early they did not give me a discount or deduct($44) for bringing it back early. I just think it is sad that we don't look out for others anymore. Money hungry!!!

Ventajas: El personal de Enterprise era profesional. Dudaban, pero nos deshicieron de nuestro alquiler después de plantear los problemas que teníamos con el vehículo.

Desventajas: El minivan olía como si alguien fumara marihuana en ella antes de alquilarla, así que no estaba adecuadamente protegido ni limpiado. Los puertos de carga de 12 voltios del vehículo tampoco funcionaban. Los puertos usb de carga lenta eran las únicas fuentes de alimentación para cargar teléfonos.

Buen coche, pero el dinero del establecimiento está hambriento

Ventajas: Nos encantó el coche, cumplió nuestro propósito. Estaba limpio y era muy agradable conducir.

Desventajas: No me gustó eso cuando llegué a recoger el coche, estaba una hora antes, así que intentaron cobrarme otro día entero (44 dólares), pero por supuesto lo cogí y no dije de ninguna manera. Pero cuando traje el coche dos horas antes no me dieron un descuento o dedujo ($44) por traerlo de vuelta temprano. Creo que es triste que ya no buscamos a otros. ¡dinero hambriento!
