As the capital of Japan and the country's biggest city, it is no wonder that Tokyo is one of the leading sources of technological output on Earth. A revived youth scene has made for some excellent dance clubs around town, and the people, while perhaps a bit more reserved than their counterparts in the Western Hemisphere, are genuinely friendly and love visitors. With over twelve-million residents, Tokyo is crammed with people, and while the busy city streets are always bustling with pedestrian, vehicular, and even bicycle traffic, the city is remarkably clean and well-maintained.
